First episode? It's kinda cute how he still thinks he's a god; how for him advanced tech (when he looks out the TVA window) is magic. The scene where his motivations for killing were questioned and he comes up against his own free will were fun. A very good first episode.

I hope subsequent episodes aren't just new missions with him trying to escape the whole time. Curious to see if this series evolves his character in some way as he comes up against all these questions and revelations about the nature of things.

Yeah enjoyed it, i just hope:

The villian is actually Kang the Conqueror not an alternate timeline Loki

I predict it's going to suck as much as the last two series.... and contain some kind of overarching sermon on how exactly we should all be more woke.

Loki is pretty boring. Why would you take the god of mischief and trap him in a glorified bureaucracy and make him wear prison camo and make the whole show consist of interminable dialogues about paradoxes??

To watch Tom's brilliant performance

Way bigger than that. Within the first episode Loki realised that the universe is so much more than puny gods. His reaction to seeing a drawer full of Infinity Stones that were utterly useless sums this up.

Also, that bureacracy is a veneer. Big things coming.

I like the show, but I kinda agree with Shad,

the creators have made so many continuity errors that it breaks the MCU's own rules, but perhaps it has been done on purpose and that it will be unravelled in the time to come. Shad explains it very well.

Nothing wrong with the last 2 series. Matter of opinion I guess.

Wandavision was feminist propaganda where everything was about her even though she tortured a whole town.

F&WS was BLM and communist propaganda and even worse, I could not force myself to finish it.

I imagine an old man shouting at the TV when I imagine you watching series.

So don't watch this. That's the beauty of choice really.
Leave it for the real fans.

And that's the other thing...you either choose to give credence to the underlying current of the show, or you choose to ignore. It's a TV show about people that don't exist, except on film and in a comic. That's how I see it. Amazing how much more enjoyable it is when it's simply a bit of escapist fun.

The characters are fake but the propaganda is real.

Simply absorbing it as escapism and nothing more is the enjoyment of brainwashing.

Critical thinking is more important today than ever, you are more vulnerable to indoctrination than you might want to believe..... otherwise how could so many cultural norms have shifted towards desired goals over the last few decades?

Everything the establishment elite want's the populace to believe they drip into fiction and what used to be documentaries.... and it works. It's the frog in the pot.

No, I choose not to read too much into things. If a person did that you'd never leave home. EVERYTHING would be a conspiracy.
That's my choice. I am well aware of what's going on. I choose not to see that in shows I watch. Nothing to do with brainwashing unless I chose to believe in everything that was said, and then come out on a forum like MyBB decrying/supporting it.
