It is the IP which is blocked, not the domain. The issue is with the relay which added the IP to the JIPPG blocklist. The question is what has been received through the IP to issue the block.

It is easy to clear, give them notice:

I just got the same issue actually -

The response from the remote server was:
550 rejected because 209.85.208.182 is in a black list at mail-abuse.blacklist.jippg.org RELAYing Denied.1573552569

209.85.208.182 is definitely a Google relay.
