Bwhahahaha, I can't take this anymore.

Friday there is a technician outside my house working on the box and since then I've been having intermittent disconnections. I've reconnected to ADSL ~40 times since the Telkom technician was here. I decided to phone Telkom today to lodge a fault and they insist it is my ISP and tell me that they are going to charge me call out fees if it isn't their fault, morons.
 
Telkom just phoned me back, I am in shock, they have tested my line and there is nothing wrong with it. They even recreated the port for me and said they'll monitor it and get back to me tomorrow... Now we wait and see.
 
Hahaha...

My g/f's Telkom Modem died the other day, and Telkom insisted that it was my ISP's fault...

****-nuts !!!!
 
blaming ur ISP is Telkom's standard response...I've had that too. Think they always blame my modem. I wonder if using these 'blaming ISP' tactics is legal. everytime you log a fault they deny Telkom has anything to do with it...
 
Lol, they should ask u, its ur ISP's fault, den u go, but telkom is my ISP. Hehehhehe den what?
 
One of the main reasons why we need connection fees and ISP fees to be merged into one. Pay one fee to your ISP and let them sort out the whole issue with Telkom. At least until LLU happens.
