Exodus at Dimension Data

Several senior executives at Dimension Data will be leaving the company at the end of the month including co-founder Jeremy Ord and Bruce Watson, who joined the company the year after it was founded.

Head of Communication Pearl Mngomezulu confirmed the departures, together with the departures of long-serving executives Saki Missaikos, John van der Vyver, Steve Nathan, and Ed Gassner.

After 38 years at the company, Ord is looking forward to the next phase of his life after his contract ends on 30 June 2021, Mngomezulu told MyBroadband.

TechCentral reported that the departure of executives is linked to a failed management buyout and black economic empowerment plan.

Bigger things at hand with this and the various retrenchments over the past couple of years?

Dimension Data isn't an ISP! Far from it. They own one...but that doesn't make them an ISP!
Do they own one anymore? I mean does IS even exist anymore?
also Saki is the reason IS went down the toilet, a tech CEO who was not tech savvy. At least under Angus Macroberts it was doing fine

Not sure hey...haven't followed the latest MACDs of that company.

IS was absorbed into DD and the brand retired. Mybroadband ran an article about it at the time.
Once such a great example of ISPs, driven to irrelevance. Glad I worked there when I did.
