Filled in my form which the doctor signed (for which I had to pay him R280), paid my R68, plus 2 photos, and handed it in on 28th September. On enquiring, I am alternately told it will be posted to me, or else I will be asked to come and collect it. They cannot look up the application which I was initially told takes 5 to 10 working days.
