How about asking the recently retired chief of sales and marketing Nombulelo Pinky Moholi, help spread the MyADSL / AntiTelkom message?

We could cover some of her expenses and she gives her time as a form of community Service to atone for her years with Telkom :)

She is qualified, has the inside knowledge, media contacts and is upset with Telkom. Plus it gives her something to do whilst she waits for a new post at the SNO. :)

I say this only partialy in jest, if anybody knows her, she could be worth approaching.

Cheers
Chris

Edited for gender :) thanks pope24

She probably has about 290 pages worth of Non-Disclosure-Agreements from working with Telkom.

If I ran a company that ****ty I would definately make sure nobody on the outside knew about it!

His contract would forbid it as well as make him unemployable. But nice idea :-)

and along with the NDA came a nice phat handshake to by their silence/loyalty no doubt.
More customers money spent paying off Telkom's stuff ups.

Not true, if she could prove that there is no other work at the moment and the she needs the cash then unemployable contracts don't hold.

According to people that I've spoken to, unemployable contracts aren't worth the paper that they're printed on.

Any lawyers here want to comment?

I would guess that she would be on what the British call "gardening leave" for at least another six months and then she would be free to go wherever she pleases. However, because her contract would exclude telecoms companies specifically and her skills are not telecoms specific I would doubt that she would be able to challenge it in court.
This is all speculation of course.
