Looking for a camera for my fiance

She loves taking photos, but it's always with her phone after our camera ended up in the sand on the beach.

I just wanted to get a starter pack or something for her. Problem is I really really don't have the cash for it. So far I found this and thought that might be a pretty good buy, please share your opinion on it.
