Looking for a Dell Big Pin adapter?

I bought a power bank from Takealot which can charge laptops but unfortunately, none of the charger heads that it came with are compatible with my PC which uses the Dell big pin.

Is there any website from where I can source the pin? I have not come across it anywhere.

Another thing is that the heads are not compatible with any of the three laptops at home I tried it on.

R169 with delivery. Delivery will cost more than the item itself but I doubt I'd get it cheaper elsewhere.

But that charger, sorry for my ignorance, if you want to charge a laptop, how do you know it will work? Shouldn't it show the watts per hour to make sure it can meet the laptop's specs?
