Anyone available to develop a production management software for a plastic factory?

Please PM me.

Note:
1. Budget is 10k
2. ETA - one month
3. There is a workflow that is followed. All data needs to be captured accordingly and reports generated based on input data.
4. MUST be web based.

Ideally if you have done something similar before then you can share experiences and advise for best business practices as well.

If anyone else has any advice of other options that may already exist then im open to suggestion.

Unless we are understanding incorrectly, where did you get your budget and ETA from?
There is probably no one that will take on this project with the figures that you mentioned.I freelance and I wouldnt take that on at all.

You have 3 variables,
Cost
Time
Scope

You've fixed time at 1 month and cost at R10k so now you need to compromise on scope.

R10k at R500/hour gives 20 hours of work. Do you think a developer will be able to do everything in your current scope within 20 hours?

Yes, or conversely, the developer that will work for one month for R10K is not one that I would want on a project like this. Your time & money budget is 10% of what it should be
 
Well at the cost of R500 an hour, if the dev works 1 hour a day then he is spot on.
