Looking for a new Joystick

I kinda misplaced my old joystick, so now it's gone (was a piece of trash anyways).

Now I have done a wee bit of searching, and come up with the following 4 ones that caught my eye:
- Logitech Extreme 3d Pro
- Thrustmaster Hotas, think I saw it in retail shops for around the R500 mark.
- Saitek Aviator
- Cyborg FLY 5, kinda leaning towards this one, but reviews are very very mixed.

Budget is say in the R700 - R800 mark.
The joystick is mainly needed for Flight Sim X, MS Combat Flight Sim 3 and some other fighter jet simulator I have laying around.
Any advice or experiences with any of these sticks would be appreciated.

Not sure about the logitech brands... so far I've only gotten my self thrustmasters.

I've got the Logitech. It's ok. Decent build quality.

How do you find them, are they ok?
See, the only real "must-have feature" I am looking for on the stick is the twist grip for yaw control.
The thrust control is of course a nice to have as well.
