Looking for a PHP/HTML table solution

Can anybody recommend a good PHP (or js) library to generate paginated sortable HTML tables from MySQL queries? I would like something as modular as possible, I don't want to have to go in and change table code the whole time.

This. Make an endpoint that you can call via ajax to return your data in json. Unless you really want to display the data in html first...

Thanks, looks quite cool. I did though play around with the pear one I posted earlier and it's even simpler to implement and has everything I need (except page totals, but that's easily added). I'll bookmark this one though!

Yep, datatables is all you will ever need. I also use it on all my projects. You can do so much with it!

I recently stumbled upon jTables.

I pull the table from the database with php, and i build it while there are rows. Then in jQuery, I just bind with the table ID.
