Hi i need help looking for a resistor as in picture..

That's glue.

That is the one that is ok, it is from a Speaker crossover, the other is broken..the housing..speaker is fine when bypassed.. and i get a resistance of about 4 ohm and the other no reading..

Yeah, 3R3 should be 3.3 Ohm.
