So the second Issue of The Gamer went off really well and as a result we are growing rapidly. I am looking for another reviewer to join our team...

You will be given atleast one title per month to review, probably more.
You will also be required to make blog posts everyday.

Anyone is welcome to apply
Write a 600 word mini synopsis on a new release and send it to [email protected]

Cool, I'll do a review of Gothic 4 and post it, or is it too old?

EDIT: Scratch that, I'll do Drakensang 2.
 
I like smaller indie games as well, like Braid, machinarium, samarost etc
Do you guys want to focus more on larger titles or will indies also have a strong showing?
 
Good to hear :) wow just glanced through the current edition and you bought all them games for the reviews? :D Some nice titles in there!
 
Reviewers generally don't buy the product, they're given them for review...
 
hmm good point but the mag is new so I assumed they bought a few copies to get things going?
 
All our review games are provided to us asn as a reviewer you will get some for free as well :)
Im too broke to buy games lol
 
Does it have to be a new release? Can only ever afford the platinum titles.
 
The .pdf on the website is massive for SA bandwidth any way of making it smaller ?
 
66mb isnt thaaat big :) Last month was half the pages and 83mb in size. So we are shrinking it abit.
But I dont think it will go any smaller than that.
You can view the online version. Its only about 15mb to view the entire mag.
