Looking for a sim-supported tablet

Hey all,

I am currently trying to find a tablet with the following features:

8-10 inches
(Brand doesn't matter)
Decent quality battery (at least 10 hours connected to internet)
Sim-supported (3G is fine)
Wi-fi
Decent quality cameras (even 3-5mp is fine)
IR-blaster (the feature I cannot find on most tablets)

Price-range: R2000-R3000

I have tried checking on takealot and also tried contacting multiple hardware companies and after spending much time explaining what an IR-blaster is (basically, it is infrared for use on TVs, decoders, etc.), I am mostly getting "no" about that feature.

Any help/recommendations will be appreciated.

Seems I missed out on the offer.

Bumping this in case anyone else has a recommendation for a tablet/phablet.
