Agree. I can tag a few network wizard to join this thread to assist.

This is not my line of work, but a really good idea as its so simple. You can invite a user and they can review your install, and if you give them rights change whatever is needed. Probably need a diagram of your topology, but other than that really simple to manage remotely.
