Looking for a VOIP ready software PABX solution

Hi all

I am a independent IT consultant, looking for a solution for client.

My client is looking for a PABX replacement. We like it to be a Asterisk box with a combination of soft and hard phones. We need recording of all calls to compressed audio for FSB compliance

We might also be interested in VOIP, or at the very least be VOIP ready.

The head office is in Cape Town. Currently the solution is only needed here, but a expandable system to include the Joburg and Durban branches would be required.

It all depends on how much they want to spend.. If they are in the call centre industry or just closed customer group..

Just to clarify

Budget is low, maybe R50k for the whole lot. I know Asterik solutions can be made for under that price.

I'm just looking for a company with the knowledge, support and expertise

it is a small insurance brokerage with 15-20 people country=wide.
 
Call Gary @ Bizcall - 0829004815/0216740611 - Have Asterisk installations countrywide in the business and call centre space. Also have our own VoIP network and thus can satisfy inter-branch calling. Budget dependant on handset/softphone allocation.

I use succesfully www.3cx.com windows software which is working great, and has a free version where you can do so many things allready.
Please check the website and their forums.
I prefer 3cx more then Asterisk. Even on a virtual server it works and in combination with other stuff. It ir really flexible and good, and........FREE when you have a small company
