Looking for a WASP offering zero-rated / reverse-billed SMS

Hi forum,

I'm looking for a WASP that can provide a zero-rated SMS line (I'm not sure the correct terminology - zero-rated as in the sender doesn't pay, the message cost is carried by us as the receiver). While I can find lots of info on premium-rated lines, this doesn't seem to be common? Any info much appreciated.
