Good Day Guys

I will be upgrading to a 10Mbps uncapped soon, and I find my current D-Link DiR 600 is really weak! Its good if you're in closed office, but i'm using it for the whole house and signal strength/distance is short.
I bought it because its cheap and desperate few years back.

But now I'm looking for a new router that has strong signal + connection, and really good range!!!

Under R1000, 2 antennas? wall mountable if possible.

Thanks

Get one where you can plug in a directional antenna.

The signal strength is limited by law, so more expensive doesn't get you a lot more range.

I recently bought this one : http://www.asus.com/Networking/RTN56U/ and I am really happy with the performance , range and features. It rates pretty high on most reviewers lists. It's not the very latest, but they had some time to sort out the kinks with some solid firmware updates.

For the first time ever I can stream my iPhone 5's video to my AppleTV via 5ghz and it doesn't buffer at all.

hmm...that is quite a a nice router, but its over my budget.

I think I might get this one instead, because its modem and router together Asus DSL-N12U ADSL Modem

Its only 2.4Ghz frequency though. Not sure if its good enough to stream videos from my PC to PS3
