Post your ticket number and a short summary of the issue here, Afrihost staff usually respond faster on the forum than via calls. If the ticket was closed without a fix, reopen it and ask for escalation to a senior technician or the cancellations team. Be specific about what is broken and what you already tried, that tends to cut through the back and forth.
