Looking for an Android app for a logbook

Anybody got any idea of an app that could act as logbook for reps to enter client visit details after a vist and the visit is then tagged via GPS ! So we know they were actually there ! This info could then be uploaded to a server as some form of monitoring toll, any ideas guys ?
