Looking for Anime Fans

2 for me ^^ but anyway i just finished jap version of solty rei and pretear <3333 2 characters are so me in every way it really got me thinking. i dunno if u should start from the beginning of gundam it can be a bit hectic..id say seed or 00 are the least hectic and easy to follow

I don't think all the Gundams follow each other. [cept SEED & SEED Destiny/00 & upcomming Season 2] From what I can remeber they are all different characters and story's :) So you won't get that lost... I think... :p

i know they dont follow but as far as hecticness goes seed is not as hectic as the rest. the newer gundams have a lighter story that doesnt only incl mecha but the whole love, complex ideas which makes it better for ppl not used to mecha.

omg pretear rocks so much. 13eps of pure brilliance!

Lol..that reminds me i must still look for the 3 OVA's at the end. Tenjou Tenge was so awesome...i just love masataka. *sigh*
Oh well.
Should prolly just take up the manga instead.

pfft 3 ova's cover like maybe 2 issues of the manga and theres like 115 chapters in all ^^ the story continues way after the series and ovas but i dont really like reading manga online so i havent got very far yet
 
lol wait till you watch HunterXHunter.... >_> 67epp's it ends and then you find out there are a number of OVA's that complete the series....

Yup, Felt kind of had a crush on Lockon :p and to me it seemed as if, Setsa seem'ed to harbour feelings for Marina Ismail. ;)

I wonder how Rosario+Vampire 2 is going to start, from where they left off? The Manga goes alot further than the first season of the Anime. Then there is Rosario+Vampire II [manga]

Note: Mostly anime exclusive with some parts based on Chapter 10 of the manga

So Season 2 will probaly start off at chaper 11? :p

yea i read the manga first..anime was a bit of a disappointment. theres sooooo much more to the first season!!
 
Oh, Risa have you by any chance watched D.C. Da Capo? I was wondering what is was like sounds kind of nice ^_^

I suppose its like reading a book and then watching the movie adaptation of it. It's almost just never good enough. Only thing that might make up for it is when the visual effects are just amazing.

Suppose there is only so much one can covert from pages to the screen, but I woul d go with less to watch if it was about the same as the manga. Then again sometimes a little extra creativity did'nt do any harm :)

The manga's are fine but i do love anime :D I just hate it when the anime is short but the continuation of the story in the manga becomes just awesome. There is often so much potential there for amazing animes. *sigh*

Now that i think of it, have any of you ever watched legend of the overfiend?

Overfiend as in Chōjin Densetsu Urotsukidōji Lit: "The Legend of the Ultra God and The Wandering Kid" Would love to ge my hands on it :p but seem's to be a little before my time

Ja, i watched it when sci-fi was still a channel on monochoice. Really hectic..i think it scarred me a little back then :D
Now that i think of it, sci-fi had quite a few rough animes back then. I would stay up every sat& sun night at 12 to watch them. The dedication...:eek:

Actually, now that i think of it, overfiend might just be the first anime i ever watched. Lol.

I used to Watch old VHS's of Voltron & Gundam :) hehe back then it's all about kicking the crap outta the bad guy's :D

And for back then overfiend took kicking the crap out of someone to a whole new level :D :eek:
Oh and FDM and Flashget downloaded perfectly last night. Flashget did even though i sceduled the download about 4-5 hours earlier.Will see what happens tonight. Have started downloading Samurai Champloo aswell :D
