Blood Blockade Battlefront
Not a bad idea, execution and story could have been a little better.

Problem Children are Coming from Another World, aren't they?
No game no life cliche.....meh. This could have been a huge hit if done right, had a lot going for it.

Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious
Done and dusted, still get it now.

Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero
Cool idea, some good stuff, some hit and miss.Not bad overall, but one of those anime's that tries and fit as many chapters they can into 12 episodes.
 
So with the new "Spring" releases, anyone got recommendations?

The only one that stood out for me so far was "I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level, Slime 300", although it's too early to tell how well it will progress.

Tokyo Revengers was okay, although nothing special so far. The Slime Diaries wasn't great, so will wait until the next season of the main anime.
 
BTW guys

First ep of my hero academia (dub) is out. Will be getting this likely towards the end of the year when all episode is done.

Little witch academia.
Trying this magic/comedy tonight, was keeping an eye on it never got around to getting it, seemed a bit lolicon so was hesitant, will see how it goes.

It's not lolicon, just slice of life mixed with some coming of age in a magic setting.

This isn't the era of boku no pico :ROFL: , nowadays there is a lot of preview and review information quickly generated and readily available that points out the genres and tropes, especially on weird or controversial anime.

Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious, still the best anime I have seen in the past two weeks, been rather hit and miss, been trying new stuff while I wait for current shows I want to watch, finish or get dubbed. So pickings are slim, seems I have to go back to my list of thing to watch before I kick the bucket, or be more selective.Pretty much seen every subbed isekai worth watching after 2005, there isn't that many.

So probably start targeting, genres like adventure or magic there is generally some really cool stuff in these genres but still hit and miss.
 
Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita
It's okay, but it could have done without the light ecchi big boob vibe, but it isn't focused around it so I guess it is okay.Didn't show much of an overpowered mc in first episode, but definitely hinting at it, with taking beezlebub on in the first episode, and not much of a fight either.

Bit meh and a let down.

Used to read the manga and stopped reading it because it was too much teasing going on. Reason why I don't like harem genre alongside the usual dumbass main characters.

Well compared to other harems, it isn't in your face fan service, it is pretty tasteful and doesn't spiral into depravity like most fan service. Still a fun watch, not a recommended show, but definitely a good enough show for a first time ecchi/ fan service viewer.


However if you want borderline hentai, these 3 shows will wet your appetite, actual shows you can't watch in public or with family, yeah it's pretty graphic....

Dog and scissors.
Not bad, not bad at all, has a nice smooth flow from one scene to the next.Reactions can be a little over the top.However the usual of cliche story and scenes sink it a bit, do feel it needs a little more credit then what people give it.
 
Skipped the original gintama series, just didn't like it read up as much as I could and started with 201. Much better and while I missed out on quite a bit.The 2009 series or rather season 4 just so much more natural.With most of it being problem of the week you don't miss out on too much, some inside jokes and longer story plots, I can live with that. :) Guess it depends which studio does it lol....

One punch man S2 done and dusted, thank god for action, blood gore and a good laugh, a healthy injection of testosterone in 12 doses of awesomeness....f me yeah still no over that neko shyte.......good lord...
