Hi there

I currently have a razer viper ultimate but I got a R250 voucher from takealot so was thinking of getting a backup mouse or maybe one I can use at the office or so. So any suggestions doesn't have to be wireless. I was thinking maybe the g305 so I don't want to over spend on a mouse just something I can use every now and then. I play mostly FPS games like Modern Warfare/Warzone.

If I'm not getting a mouse I don't know what else to get and the Voucher expires tomorrow.

G305 is a good bet, tried an tested winner. Could also try one of these but depends on your hand size

Thanks for the info. The one thing I don't like about logitech wired mice is the cable. I currently have the g502 as well but it's super old was the first version that came out and the cable sucks. It's super heavy and would like something little bit more lightweight.

Also if I remember correctly the rival 3310 have some issues with the rubber starting to peal off after a while like a year or so depending on use but average a year. Saw a YouTube video about it.

I also see the deatadder v2 is same price as the deathadder v2 mini and the benefit of the normal v2 is the sensor. the v2 comes with focus+ sensor the same as the razer viper ultimate

If it's for every now and again why spend a lot on it. The redragon mouses aren't bad, I've had the original Phoenix for 3 years and it's used daily, the only thing is it's now wearing where my fingers rest during the day.

Im still using my Microsoft Intellimouse I bought in 2001
The only good thing Microsoft ever built

This was a major breakthrough for me as all my previous mice had balls

Microsoft Classic IntelliMouse, the Return of an Icon | TechPowerUp Forums

20 years later and you can still buy these mice

Backup mouse, what for?
You can get a decent mouse anywhere for R100

Just send me the voucher code...

more like something to use alongside. like swap now and then between the 2. I just want to try something else a bit for a change.

Nah it's not for every now and then and I don't like redragon as a mouse brand. Also I've used it before and was super crap no thank you. I think I can still get a good mouse that's relatively cheap and top tier
