Looking for Business ISP

Due to endless frustration at the office I am looking for an alternative so that I can go to management and get them to boot the current ISP

Minimum requirements
10mb down
5mb up (have 10 up right now but dont think we need it)
Low contention (think we're on 6:1)
Around 150GB I'd guess per month
As little down time as possible, current provider drops us for 5min at a time several times a week, on fibre :wtf:

So, any suggestions? Note - we're already on fibre

That requirement will rule out both ADSL and VDSL instantly; not even VDSL can hit 5 Mbps upload.

You will need to go the fibre route, and I'm not too clued up as to your options there.

1. Shared accounts - Openweb
2. Shaped and throttled capped accounts - Web Africa, Afrihost
