Looking for DDR-667 ram(PC-5300)

Does anyone know if these ram modules are still sold? I need it for an old pc that im building for a small organisation in my area.. Or does anyone have some lying around and willing to sell/donate?

Just buy DDR2 800, it will automatically downclock to the speed supported by the mobo
