I remember I emailed the manufacturers a while ago and they said it only does trickle charge, so it won't fully recharge by the time the next load shedding slot kicks in for longer periods of load shedding.

I have one of these. Haven't had a single moment's issue since I plugged it in the first time. It's currently running my B818 LTE router as well as the house alarm. We're 1hr 15min into a loadshedding shift and it is still on all 4 bars

Jip agree 1000% do not buy at takealot they are overpriced when it comes to these backups

I have this model for my ONT and Afrihost router
Absolutely no problem. Had a power out late last year due to cable theft, and it ran outta juice after about 6 hours

A client has one installed powering only the router 9V
UPS poped the router - my thinking the voltage is incorrect on the output jack but no idea, email their support guys. Hoping we can resolve this. I usually deploy Gizzu's or Microlan ups's
