Looking for ISP for small network

I'm wondering if someone can advice me...

I'm looking for an ISP offering preferably a uncapped ADSL, and with one free IP address...

These huge business packages are way too big for my purposes. eg, mweb offering 5 public IP's. I really need only one.

I would go for either Mweb or openweb. Openweb has this gold: http://www.openweb.co.za/gold

And Mweb has the Unshaped with Static Ip
