Good Day All

I please need help to find Helpdesk and Audit software that is cloud based and is charged in Rand.

Something like SysAid or FreshDesk but need it to be charged in Rand so we dont have to worry about the dollar and pound fluctuating. I also dont want to host it my self because i want a solution to be manged for me with not having to use my resource.

Any ideas?

Get yourself a hosting package at ISP that gives you 2-3 MySQL DB's, and then you can run everything "in the cloud" but you stay in control (maybe R99 per month).

To Audit software and hardware in company (for free) you can use

You run this app on each machine, and then save the result to an file. Then combine all the files.
(Manual process, but it's free and simple)

To run assets and helpdesk, look at

http://www.spiceworks.com/free-help-desk-software/ (Here you get a ticket system, and a IT forum that people can help you, and you them)

Is there more suggestions? Keen to look into as many products as possible.
 
I'm looking suggestions of products that people have used... First hand exp.

I used it in a self hosted environment but I know they have a cloud offering now.
 
for Helpdesk, consider OSticket - its free, you can set it up on your website hosting or domain somewhere.

Using it for about 3 months, 4000+ emails later and its still standing :)
