Looking for laptop with following specs

Good evening all

A friend is looking for a new laptop, with following specs:
- Budget R15k
- i5 / Ryzen 5 or better
- 8GB RAM or better
- 240GB SSD or better
- >95% Adobe RGB
- 1920x1080 resolution
- 300 nits of brightness or better
- Win10 (Pro preferable)
- They do not wish to import.

Do they install Windows on without activating, or would you have to install yourself?

Sorry for the delayed response.

I've bought 2x Wootbooks from them, and they've preinstalled Windows 10 each time without the activation key. Just make sure to ask them for it (mention in the order comments that you will be activating with your own Windows key).
 
The person I was assisting eventually went for Asus Zenbook that was on special at Takealot for R13k.

I'm still looking into a Wootbook for my next laptop - only weak point is the 46.74Wh battery. What's the battery life like?
