Looking for LOCAL php host

So I am looking for a LOCAL php host with decent uptime and good connectivity.

I only need PHP, preferably with SSH access. No emails, mysql or anything else.

Any recommendations?

Thanks for the recommendation - Im not too sure they are 100% locally hosted as they claim their site, I suspect otherwise.

Yeah, either Domains or EliteHost. Not sure on having no emails and databases, but you could always ignore those features; it's not like it's expensive.
