Looking for Mede8er dongle in CT

Anybody knows where i can get the dongel for under R300.
I now see that it comes with an adaptor that it plugs into on the top.

Esquire dude, and they cost for around R370 vat inclusive. I bought one a week ago.

I've read other their forums that some guys are getting it to work with dongles using the realtek chipset. Haven't personally tried it though but it might be a cheaper option
