Hi there i'm looking for a new ISP. Mweb throttling is just Bull. I need the following or as close as it can get

1. Unthrottled
2. Must be EFT payment method
3. unshaped.
4. No static ip
 
I'd say OpenWeb Gold.
You can pay EFT, you never get throttled, and I don't think you get a static IP.
Shaping is as close to unshaped you can get, but if you really need more, they do have Gold unshaped.

Seriously though, you don't really need the Unshaped account, the regular Gold is really close enough - trust me.

We have had one of these Business accounts at our office for over a year now and seriously haven't had 1 days trouble with it.

This is to expensive for me now. We already have unshaped at the office andpay less than that at MWEB but I want unshaped or closest to unshaped. I must say currently very happy with MWEB premium uncapped but it's just the throttling that's a bi of an issue.

Openweb Gold then is probably your best bet.

Oh I haven't used Uncapped Unshaped Gold before, but I'm pretty sure Regular Gold is all you need. if not you can always upgrade to unshaped.
On regular Gold, they do not throttle at all - they only shape when the network is under stress, and only on the NNTP/Torrent protocols (So, youtube and HTTP downloads will still be 100%).

So basically, it's like unshaped for everything, except your NNTP/torrents might run at 30%-50% speed during heavy load, like business hours mon-fri.
They unshape it every day at 5/6PM and during weekends.

As I understand it the only difference is the contention ratio. The 'Original Gold' package has the best contention ratio, and orange has a higher contention ratio.

Original Gold has better contention ratios afaik. (I don't think there is a massive difference though)
 
The difference is massive. There is a reason that they still sell the original gold, and for said price. :)
