I'm told, ALL the time 
by the JHB branch, that the CPT branch of Miro has all the sodding MyWi pigtails; why not call them? Also consider going to your local BBZ branch, they should have 'em too.
Of course, in the absence of info we are assuming that you mean one with an n-type connector, rather than the SMA one.
