Looking for reliable business email hosting

Hi, hope all is well. Im looking for email hosting thats fast, reliable, no issue with delivery.

We currently have 6 email account and its combine email usage is 100gb. I was thinking about Google or Microsoft exchange? Or any other good email provider you could recommend.
