looking for software to download my course material

Im doing a online course and would like to download some of the material for future reference. The normal vid downloaders dont work and i would probably need to screen capture what I need ? Any recommendations ?

Jdownloader can scrape the website. Use the java version if ya can

When it is running, tell it to scan the url of the webpage you're in under the linkgrabber tab

Make notes and practice retention?

html5? flash? other? Kind of hard to suggest a ripper without enough information..
