im looking to do a side panel window mod on my old case and an inside paint job...
where can i get the following?

Clear Acrylic Window
'Eched' Primer
Rotary Cutting Disk?

im sure most hardware stores will carry this, except where will i get the window?

Try a sign maker/manufacturer or a place that sell perspex for a piece of clear acrylic

You don't say where you come from but you try plastic world. Perspex as mentioned.
