The fields you mention are fields of interest of people, not a department. Find the person whose field is of interest to you, and communicate with that person.

The fields you mention are fields of interest of people, not a department. Find the person whose field is of interest to you, and communicate with that person.

They are pretty much the same in UCT with bias towards ICT4D. Getting funding in any of the above mentioned fields through the department should be doable. It's far more important to find the correct supervisor than to find the correct department -_- you spend most of your Academic career with them.
