Looking for uATX mobo

I am looking for a motherboard for the HTPC I am building

must be sub R1500.00 preferably around 900.00

MUST have PCI-E 16x
Must have onboard sound
Must be LGA775 Core 2 Duo compatible, I have an E7200

Preferably mor than 2 DIMMS
Preferably 1000 or at least 100 lan

onboard Grafics not required

hopefully a nice brand like ASUS

looking at the MSI G33M

Dont worry about onboard graphics, most mATX boards have it. Just ensure it has a x16 slot, drop in adapter and your away.

Just pointed you to something that met your criteria.
If you're looking for a recommendation for me I'm going to point you at Intel, I have my reasons, I don't overclock, game, etc so my recommendations are unlikely to fit with the requirements of many / most here.

My personal experience is that Asus is the best. Of course other will have different experiences but the best advice is to go search the internet for reviews and based on that make your decision.
