Ok this is not a pirate request.
I have done my research and found that people who have bought vista buniess and ultimate at a oem level are entitled touse thiere key for eithere the 64 or 32 bit version.. accord to M$ you need jsut contact you supplier and they will send you a copy of the oem 64 bit media.
I bought my computer from dell.. so I thought i would look on the net.. if you see the threads below you will se it is dell policy to distribute the new media

So I contacted dell and the reply i got from dell south africa is
Great so we have another international company that fails to deliver in my oppinion on a local level. ps its took 2weeks of phoning and emailing to get this response.
So my final question is does anyone have a legal copy of the oem Version of Vista 64 ultimate that I can get the media for so I can install with my legal key ?

Hi Gregg,
That it's self is the issue, from what we have found out this offer is
only available in the states, we cannot get anyone is our region to
answer and agree to this.
As far as we can see Dell SA does not support the shipping of Free 64bit
media, in fact we cannot ship 64bit media even if we wanted to charge
for it.
