In my opinion gumtree is flooded with ****ty designers who constantly update their ads every 2 - 4 hours which means your ad constantly falls away.

WHen i bought that theme from polished theme i am allowed by the lisence to modify it as i see fit ............

As well as in term 7 it says.

You may remove my credit links under the understanding that all themes downloaded are still copyright of Nicholas Roach, and that all plugins utilized must retain their respective licenses.

Which basically says you allowed ONLY to remove their copyrights you cant change the copyrights to say you created it.

Bottom line you are breaking the law and you are a thief for claiming his work as your own. One other thing is if you planned on giving your clients themes from elegant themes you would break more of his copyrights. You can not profit from other work.
