Hi,

Looks like my motherboard has packed and left the building.
I am hoping to find a replacement mobo (only), rather than splash out on all-new hardware.

Running socket 775 with 4x DDR2s and a PCI-X 16 display card (old, I know...)

The only boards I can find have only 2 DDR2 slots, but I need 4 to feed the 8 GBs to Win7 64... any leads?

Thanks - that's 2x DDR2, and 2x DDR3... need 4x DDR2 (and I assume I cannot run DDR2+DDR3).

You need to look for G33 chipset and up based motherboards. The G31 series only supports 4GB.

Obviously one with 4x DIMM slots.

EDIT: I just had a look at the Esquire pricelist and they might have what you need

If I was you I would call them asap to see if they have stock. These 4x DIMM slot MB's seem rare.

Make sure to check the memory QVL (qualified vendor list) - I've had problems running 4 sticks of RAM in those mobos.
