Buy it from AliExpress. Most of us have used them with no issues. The only problem you'll run into (especially this time of the year) is you'll highly likely only get it in the new year. Well, unless you don't use the free shipping.

P.S. Mi4 is the best out of 4 IMHO... I am considering this phone for almost 2 months now.
there is one reputable seller on aliexpress that sells it for around $300.
like this one.
