I trust rich from Review Tech USA, he usually never does videos like this and the fact he did a video like this makes me think it's probably true at least some parts are anyway.

**The reason for many games delayed for PS4 and xb1 is that the PSN and Xbox live is not able to handle the online on these games***
**which is also the reason that COD ghosts is only running at 720p for both the XB1 and PS4
**The reason for this on the MS side of this is that due to them doing a 180 on the DRM policies they had to do a overhaul of XBLive***

So it seems that sony were planning to do the same DRM thing as MS after all according to the video anyway

Review Tech USA is schit, that guy annoys the **** out of me.
