Loosing sync when capped.

ok guys i was by my uncle's house earlier today when he got cappedeek. Since then he could not access any sites and the LED on his router stays green...what could the problem be?
Oh he's on telkom internet DO2 package.

If the LED is green you are syncing.....
He is capped - Hence he wont be able to access international sites although he should still be able to access local sites. Have you tried local sites? And how did he blow his cap so fast???

I thought when the light is a stable orange only then you are syncing???
We did try local sites,this one to be specific, and even the telkom site wouldn't load...

About the being capped so fast, he downloads alot.

The syncing light depends on the router. WHats he using? I was talking about my mega 100wr from telkom. Other wise speak to telkom on 0800 375375.

hes possibly using the mega 200, led is green when it synchs then turns orange when initiating a pppoe session. It most likely didnt reconnect after being capped. Try rebooting the router or log into the interface and click on 'save config', if all fails then 0800375375

using the billion 800VGT router...will try and reboot and see if it works.
