Losing connection

Please help in identifying a problem:
I have to reset/restart my ADSL router at least once a day.
After using it for some time, and specially when watching a lot of Youtube, I just loose connection.
The router still shows connected but I cannot browse to any website, skype loses connection etc.

What is the most likely cause: buggered router of something at the ISP?

Havin almost same issues for the past month and a half don't hold your breath for telkomsa to help

WHat happens if you use a different isp account?
