LOST BALANCE ON MTN

Any one else have a problem with MTN deleting the accumulated airtime balance making it impossible to make calls or send SMS's.

There are two complaints on HelloPeter already so it seems it could be a general problem.

There obviously was a system problem which was corrected this morning. The vanished airtime reappeared, but no SMS apologising.

My understanding of the new Consumer Bill is that MTN could be liable for consequental damages as a result of breach of contract.

i got mine back too.but the amount looks more like what i've spent rather than what i didn't
