Lost gigs?!

Hey, Just a question to you chaps at MYADSL.

People around my office have been coming to me saying that they have been losing gigs. They called there SP and they say that someone else has been using there accounts to use up there gigs.
Anyone else have this or are any of you guys doing this?

There is a search button somewhere on the forum and then when you type in the following words: stealing bandwidth you get the following results.
