Lost Keys to Dell Server HELP

Hi guys

i lost the keys to the server so i can change HDDs ive walked in and i have an error on the server and need to replace the disk, how do i open this now ?

any ideas

Most often these locks will open with another key of similar size. Otherwise knock a small flat screwdriver in it and twist!

I've too once had to pry open a Poweredge R720 because the key was missing

Shove a screwdriver in there and start wiggling away

Depending where you are, I should have a spare for you. I think all Dell servers use the same lock standard.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why we don't order any of our servers with bezels anymore. But yeah, most keys should work just fine.
