Hi I lost my vehicle licence disk.
Yes stupid mistake **** happens...

Do I have any options or do I have to try renew it again.
I originally used the enatis portal.

You’ll need to go to the Licence department; they’ll ask if you just want a reprint OR a new disk from current date at a slightly lower fee.

How do I know; had this happen twice lol

Wouldn't mind

Cool where are you?
How many spare rooms do you have?
Sounds like an offer for guests...
ENjoy - it would cost me 14x what it costs here for the "disk" in UK. Might be cheaper to get a new disk?

Good luck getting a reprint.

How did you lose it? I'd like to avoid doing that.

I only cut the disc from the full form inside of the car and then put it straight into the disc holder.

Just get a reprint, think it costs R65.00. Wherever you had it renewed should be able to issue the reprint as well.

As others, get a re-print. Just hope to the gods that no nefarious person picked it up, else you're fvcd

If I knew how I lost it it probably would not be lost.

What could they do with it?
Clone license discs, plates & "gray cars". End up spending months fighting it. Happened to my landlord he got speeding fines, tickets, even summoned for no payment (When the photo shows a Mercedes and a very fat zulu guy driving the car), ended having to re-register the car, go through police, etc.

Couldn't they do this by taking a picture of the disk thats visible on every car?
