Lost signal

Good day,

I'm staying in Sunnyridge near the water tower in a flat. I set up my flat panel antenna towards Isando on the roof of the flat (for better speeds than Bedfordview and Edenval town). I were having signal strengths between 60 to 90% with the flat panel antenna. Yesterday (before leaving for work signal were ±80%) during the day the signal diapered and I were struggling after work to get any signal from Isando (re-direct antenna ext. and got signal from Edenvale town and Bedfordview). Signal stayed 0% fom Isando.

Does this mean my antenna suddenly broke by itself or did somebody switched the base-station off?

When will Isando tower/s be back online?

Does that mean the signal became sh*tty?
 
Apologies.

Haven't been around because of the season.

The building that the tower was on was demolished so the BTS was moved to a temporary mast. The access techies are onsite now looking at why the signal is poor.
